Probably the least used of all the location based “check-in” social tools out there, Google Places is still putting out much needed tools like this.

This could be a great service to larger brands that have their product in not so web friendly places. Like a lottery or a tire company, or a place that has a TON of stores.. like a pharmacy. #justsayin
